Métropole Rouen Aisne is the [[metropolisredirect|metropolis]], an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of [[rouen_orland|Rouen]], in [[Orland]]. It is located in the French-speaking Aisne County, in northern [[Orland]]. It was created in March 2026. Its population was 103,000 in 2025, of which 37,000 in Rouen proper. It is the smallest metropolis establishment in Orland.
