Métropole Rouen Aisne is the metropolis, an intercommunal structure, centred on the city of Rouen, in Orland. It is located in the French-speaking Aisne County, in northern Orland. It was created in March 2026. Its population was 103,000 in 2025, of which 37,000 in Rouen proper. It is the smallest metropolis establishment in Orland.
