Vera Bešoev aka Weizkule is the current monarch of the Kingdom of Sveland, and who was been the head of SPT from April to December 2025.

President Bešoev has been a member of the PU (Popular Union) party, a radical left-wing democratic socialist party, but their membership has been paused on 1st December 2025.

They are the first openly queer figure in the weiMC Minecraft server.

Vera Bešoev has been sworn in as president of the Socialist Republic of Sveland after the creation of the weiMC Minecraft server and the country, which was followed by exclusion of Telonian citizenship a few days later due to conflict of interest.

On the 3rd of May, Omeshashika has been sworn in as the prime minister of the country shortly after Omigrad started to get built.

Since 6th of June 2025, they approved of the Bill L6.6.2025-1 that aims to prevent media holders to own more than 3 radio stations without governmental approval, sparking outrage in some areas of the matter.

On the 10th of September 2025, Bešoev has supported the protests in France and has expressed solidarity with the French people assaulted by its police, condemning Macron and France for not respecting democratic norms and using violence to repress freedom of speech and freedom of pushing strikes. They always supported Lucie Castets becoming prime minister and denounced Macron's tendency to put “illegitimate people as prime ministers who have never worked in their lives and is in his path of capitalist agony”.

On the 25th of October 2025, Bešoev has congratulated Irish presidential candidate Catherine Connolly for winning the 2025 Irish presidential election and has wished her the best alongside Sinn Féin and the rest of the Irish parliamentrary left, and has wished exiting president Michael D. Higgins a “happy retirement for the rest of his excellent life”.

Past the 2025 Svelish Presidential Election, Bešoev has won the elections with a mere 62.5% of the vote. After the announcing of the final results of the elections, Bešoev has appointed Sean De Rijck to the office of Prime Minister, and Omeshashika as Speaker of the Senate, in the Common House.

After the National Assembly & Senate voted in favour of changing the constitution of Sveland to turn the Republic into a constitutional monarchy, Bešoev paused their membership to the Popular Union, and passed titles of being CEO of SPT and SPO to previous prime minister Omeshashika and started their reign.

At the wake of the US strikes in Venezuela, Bešoev expressed their genuine concern to Venezuela, and has publicly condemned Trump: “Maduro has been right all along about the fuckin' yanks. Fuck him. I hope everyone in Venezuela is gonna be alright during this imperialist war. It's not a special operation, it's a WAR.” They also asked all Svelish tourists and dissidents in Venezuela to quit the country to avoid having any Svelish victims.

On 7 January 2026, Bešoev expressed their condolences to the family of Renee Good in Minneapolis, shot dead by ICE: “My sincere condolences to the family. Fuck ICE. Fuck those cunts that kill their own people alongside people MAGA doesn't like as a whole. They are evil”.

Moreso, after the launch of Operation Epic Fury, Bešoev stated that Sveland stands with Iran, stating that “Israel and the American Global War Party caused Iran to react and start a war”. They said that they agree Iran needs regime change, however they opposed the involvement of Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu in the war that they deem to cause regime change, which Bešoev said that “it should be done by the Iranians themselves, not done by evil forces”, and said that “Iran has the right to self defense against the zionist entity and its own dog that rules the world”.

Before Sveland became a monarchy, Bešoev was dedicated one of the few most-approved socialist presidents that had ever been sworn in in the history of Sveland and its politics. In the aftermath, Bešoev retains their positions, but has said that “it will not be executed by me directly anymore, since we have to be as democratic as possible nevertheless”.

Bešoev, being nonbinary themselves, has always defended LGBTQ+ rights as the first queer politician of the Minecraft server and has scored overwhelmingly well with queer protections and rights. They always has been against proposals to ban gender affirming care to minors. They always has defended the nation's official language being Dutch and will not ban Russian as a recognised language, and confirmed “10% of our population are sound Russian folks”.

Prior to and after October 7 2023, Bešoev has always called the Israeli regime a “terrorist organisation that is committing genocide and always will be there because of the dog-led United States funding the continuation of the erasure of Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank when the Israelis aren't supposed to be there in the first place.” and has always supported resolutions against Israel. Under her government, they banned Israelis from touring and living in Sveland.

Bešoev also called the United States and NATO a “Global War Party-member country” with her own interpretation, different from that of Georgian prime minister Irakli Kobakhidze. Her definition of the Global War Party is on calling out western imperialism, global militarism, far-right shifts across the world, and illegal occupations like the genocide in Palestine conducted by Israel and sponsored by their allies.

Bešoev has called the war in Ukraine an “escalation led by the Global War Party that should have not happened”. They accused NATO, the United States and the European Union for pushing Putin to start the 2022 invasion of Ukraine, but did not either way endorse the invasion, saying it “should have been resolved diplomatically instead of running an invasion”. They also accused Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy of being a Mossad agent after Zelenskyy said that Ukraine should be a "big Israel".

Bešoev also has called Azerbaijan a genocidal state that “wants to put Armenians in the recycle bin when they have the right to live as much as Palestinians do” and recognises Nagorno-Karabakh as Armenian territory.

Bešoev is neutral on nuclear energy, stating that “nuclear energy should be a thing, but I will be saying that a slow transition towards renewable energy will be more efficient for such in the matter for all of us in contrary to radical stopping”.

Bešoev has never closed the doors to immigration, saying “no matter who you are, no matter the skin colour as well as people with Jewish, Muslim, Christian, Buddhist confessions, hell even believing in Decepticons for all I care, you are warmly welcome to Sveland” and has helped numerous times to settle the immigrant population to immediately afford housing by her government.

Bešoev is asexual and nonbinary, and also has a relationship with Orrish president April Fox since June 2025.
